Past Life Regression

Past Live Regression involves the act of accessing significant and relevant memories that are still influencing you today. Memory lies very close to the surface of your mind, and with only a small amount of relaxation, you have the ability to connect and become aware of its influence.      Using guided imagery to relax you, you are guided into contact with the wisest, deepest part of your nature.  Once there, you become your own guide, and offer yourself awareness and insight that you bring into your current consciousness. This can facilitate profound self-understanding, and provide a significant step in resolving health or life concerns. It enables you to rise above certain attitudes, emotions and patterns that no longer serve you. It assists you in making more empowering decisions and taking more specifically selected actions in your daily life.

What to expect from a 2-hour session:

The role of the practitioner in this style of regression is to facilitate the client’s own exploration while providing a relaxing, comfortable environment. We'll talk about the goal of your regression, and what you wish to focus on or explore, followed by a 15-20 minute guided visualization. Then we'll do the "inner work" of exploring past memories, for about 1 hour. As you speak aloud, I record your comments, and you may take these notes with you after the appointment.      Usually clients are able to explore several lifetimes in one session, including the purpose of each lifetime, and any promise or decision made that is relevant to their life now. Afterwards, there will be a short time to discuss your experience and for you to make some of your own connections. I do not provide any interpretation of your lifetimes, because I believe the only person qualified to do that is you!
